William Carl Willard

William Carl “Bill” Willard, age 66, of Beloit passed away at 1:00 a.m. at Community Care Center on October 4, 2021.

He was born on April 7, 1955 in Alliance to George O. Willard and Margaret L. “Peg” (Larkins) Willard.

Bill attended Marlington High School. He worked as the head of the shipping department for SanCap. Bill was a member and President of the Dante Club. He loved to golf, play softball and was a huge Michigan fan.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Peg Willard; his wife, Donna L. (Fox) Willard, whom he married on May 7, 2005; sisters, Shelley Willard, Tami (Chris) Willard Page; brothers, Randy (Tina) Willard and Ed Willard; step-sons, Bill (Shawna) Stinsman, John Wait and Michael Wait; and five step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Timothy and Steven Willard.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Thursday, October 7th at 7:00 p.m. with a visitation from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
