Mary Beth Schulze

Mary Beth (Akins) Schulze, age 99, passed away at Stone Creek Assisted Living on January 12, 2021.

She was born on January 29, 1921 in Alliance, Ohio to Glen I. Akins and Mary M. (Bossert) Akins.

Mary Beth was the National Commander of the DAV Auxiliary from 1975-1976. She was the first honorary life member of the Carnation City Players. Mary Beth was a member of Abiding Savior Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Pam (Fred) Weibel and Dennis (Karen) Schulze; four grandchildren, Adam, Drew, Greg and Christina; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilbur F. Schulze; and her siblings, Willis, Dale, Clem, Robert, Ruthann, Virginia, and Dorothy.

Per Mary Beth’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
