Lawrence George Schreppel

Obituary

Lawrence George Schreppel, age 81, of Alliance, passed away on June 5, 2022.

He was born on December 1, 1940  to Earl A. and Nina H. (Meek) Schreppel. 

Lawrence graduated from Deerfield High School. He worked most of his career as a maintenance mechanic in the food industry and was excellent at repairing equipment as he maintained a broad set of skills and trades.  Lawrence played an instrumental role in the development of Westmoreland Estates in Lexington Township.

He served honorably in the Ohio National Guard. Lawrence enjoyed frequent RV trips to the beaches of Florida.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Christopher L. Schreppel of Austin, TX and Gregory R. Schreppel of Paola, KS; and his sister, Sue Fryfogle.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Lawrence’s wishes, no services will be held.
