Karen Lee Kersmarki

Karen Lee Kersmarki, age 68, of Alliance, passed away on October 11, 2021.

She was born on January 8, 1953 in Alliance to George Balogh and Joan Marie Davis Balogh.

Karen graduated from Alliance High School and went on to attend Mount Union College. She worked as a caretaker and was previously employed at Altercare and Stone Creek nursing homes. Karen loved going to and having garage sales.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Angela (Josh) Marvin; sister, Kathryn (Craig) Lisk; grandchildren, Reese and Brenner Marvin; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Ozzie.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, October 15th at 1:30 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.  Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
