Earl Vernon Boyle Jr., age 85, of North Canton passed away on September 25, 2021.
He was born on May 31, 1936 to Earl V. Boyle Sr. and Mary (Berlin) Boyle.
Earl was a graduate of Marlboro High School class of 1954 and went on to work for Smith and Nephew until his retirement after 28 years of service. He loved sailing and was an amateur HAM radio operator call sign W8SRG. Earl also enjoyed repairing classic car radios and had a passion for car racing and Pontiac GTO’s.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sara (Karns) of 62 years; four sons, Scott, Robert Douglas (Toni), Brad (Lisa) and Darren (Heidi); ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and sister, Patricia Hamlin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Robert Doolan; brother-in-law, Joe Hamlin; and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Boyle.
A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 29th at 12:00 p.m. with a visitation two hours prior. Interment will be at Marlboro Cemetery.
