Connie E. Napier

Connie E. Perry (Lowry) Napier, age 72, of Alliance, died on Sunday, July 11, 2021.

She was born November 7, 1948, in Alliance, Ohio to the late August Joseph Perry and Jennie Margaret Perry.  Connie lived her whole life in Alliance.  She graduated from Alliance High School in 1967.  She worked at Hartville Plastics and Sancap Abrasives.  She enjoyed traveling with family during her childhood, going to amusement parks, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.  She attended St. Joseph’s Church of Alliance until her health declined.

She is survived by her husband, Edision Napier Jr. of Alliance; her sons, Scott (Christine) Lowry of Alliance, Donald (Amy) Lowry of York, South Carolina; sisters, Theresa Johnston of Canton, Ohio, Marion Brown of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister-in-law, Judith Perry of Flowery Branch, Georgia; grandchildren, Tyler Naugle, Adam Lowry, Joie Gabric, Nathan Lowry, Jullian Lowry, Benjamin Lowry and Olivia Lowry; five great grandchildren, Tyler, Kennedy, Charlie, Lilly and Emma; and nephews and nieces, Todd Zeno, Nicole (Zeno) Lee, Jeff Perry, Gina Rich, and Jessica Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents, August Joseph Perry and Jennie Margaret Perry; and her brother, Douglas Silvio Perry.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior. The Very Rev. Christopher Henyk will officiate. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
