Charlynn Schreiner

Charlynn Schreiner, age 69, of Alliance passed away at 8:50 a.m., Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center.

She was born January 22, 1950 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania to Charles M. and Marguerite (Leonard) Schreiner.

Charlynn was a 1972 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and earned her Bachelor Degree. She was a registered pharmacist for the former Grays Drug, Buds, and Giant Eagle having retired in 2012. She was a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association.

She was a Rainbow Girl and recipient of the Master of Grand Cross of Colors. A member of Alliance Elks and its ladies auxiliary, she was also past District Governor of the Quota Club.

Survivors include her sister, Cyndia (Paul) Newburn, of Alliance; several step-nieces and step-nephews; and her faithful and loving dogs, Roscoe and Annie.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

An Elks service will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Visitation will then take place until 8 p.m.

A private burial will be at Highland Memorial Park.
