Bruce L. Groves

Bruce L. Groves, age 63, of Homeworth, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Sunday, October 27, 2019, at Aultman Hospital.

He was born May 15, 1956, in Alliance, Ohio to Wendell and Mary (Doyle) Groves.

Bruce was a 1974 graduate of Marlington High School. He was employed at PTC for 45 years as a welder/machine operator.

He enjoyed fishing during his vacation time. Bruce attended Alliance Friends Church.

Survivors include his children, Melissa (Nick) Dragomir, Kim Groves and Adam (Rosella) Groves; grandchildren, Ruth and Hannah Dragomir and Olivia, Elijah and Emilia Groves; siblings, Mary Lee (Bob) Siddle, Ron (Janet) Groves, Diane (Bill) Fitzgerald and Mark (Dawn) Groves; and former spouse, Patty Sells.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held at  11 a.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 at Alliance Friends Church. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
