Bernadine Brown

Bernadine Brown, age 91, of Maximo, passed away July 20, 2020 at St. Joseph Care Center in Louisville.

She was born January 14, 1929 to Louis and Ellen (Polus) Brown in Maximo.

Bernadine owned and operated Bernadine’s Beauty Shop until her retirement.

She was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maximo, sang in the choir, and enjoyed flowers, gardening, and birds.

Bernadine is survived by many cousins and was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Annabelle Brown.

A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maximo with Father Joseph Ruggieri officiating.

Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Maximo.
