Alma Maxine (Collins) Lentz

Alma Maxine (Collins) Lentz, age 89, of Sebring, passed away at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Crandall Medical Center.
She was born January 10, 1927, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Samuel and Almeda Rankin.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Mrs. Lentz formerly worked as manager of the former Jean Frocks in Alliance. She was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her family and taking them to horse shows.
Alma is survived by her children, Sherry (Robert) Lippiatt of Beloit and Ray 'Dusty' Collins of Berlin Center; grandchildren, Theresa, Bobbi Jo, Rusty, Scotty, Adam and Heidi; 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Lentz, Sr. whom she married June 7, 1969 and who passed away January 20, 2008; brothers,
Chester and Junior Rankin; and sisters, Ailene Castle and Pauline Keating.
Services will be held at Noon, Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
