William R. Clark, age 83, passed away on April 24, 2025.
He was born on July 19, 1941, in Soldier, Kentucky, to Audrey and Lena Mae (Stigall) Clark.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Wanda Clark; his daughters, DeAnn Clark and Chrystal Clark; son, Frank Kocab; step-daughter, Cheryl Seifer; grandchildren, Christopher Shaffer; Bethany Grimm, Alice, Lydia, and Tommy; two step-grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private family service was held with interment at Alliance City Cemetery.
