William Bunch

William Bunch, age 62, of Alliance, passed away, surrounded and loved by family and friends on Friday July 1, 2022 after a courageous 8 year battle with dementia.

He was born on January 12, 1960 in Alliance to Charles and Edith (Precise) Bunch.

A graduate of Alliance High School, Bill worked for 35 years at P.T.C until his retirement.  Bill was also a custom cabinet maker, enjoyed Lynyrd Skynyrd but most important, loved spending time with his family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory are the love of his life, his wife, Carla (Partin) Bunch whom he married July 3, 2004 and who stood by his side as he fought his battle with dementia; daughter, Kim (David) Sloan; siblings, Shelia (Ron) Stanish, Carol (Glenn) Remick, Cathy (Ron) Brogan, Bruce (Dawn) Bunch; grandchildren, Zoe, Kelsie and Charlie; many nieces and nephews; in-laws, Colleen (Tom) Mathes, Cathy Partin, Craig Partin and Tammy Partin; special friend, Stacy Benner; and his dog, Noelle.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Charles Bunch, Jr.; and in-laws, Carol Partin, Charles Partin and Bub Partin.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Friday July 8, 2022 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.  Friends may visit from 11 a.m. to Noon prior to the service.

Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park at a later date.
