Wanda S. Phillips

Wanda S. Phillips, age 69, passed away on February 23, 2026. She was born on December 22, 1956, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Earl Jacobs and Patricia Cleary.

Wanda was a longtime attendee of the Sebring Church of the Nazarene. She was a wonderful singer and sang at many churches in the area. Wanda had a great sense of humor and was very resilient. She was a devoted mother and daughter.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Pat Ludt; son, Jacob Phillips; step-children, Michael (Ginny) Phillips, Autumn (Eric) Blythe, Alyshia (Chris) Smith, Zachary (Eileen) Phillips and Ashley O’Brien; several grandchildren; brother, Bob (Mary) Ludt; sister, Jolie Bailey (David McMahon); and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her fathers, Earl Jacobs and William Ludt; her husband, Weston Phillips; and brother, James Ludt.

A funeral service will be held at the Sebring Church of the Nazarene on Saturday, February 28th at 12:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.

Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
