Virginia Eileen Kibler

Virginia Eileen Kibler, age 96, passed away on July 18, 2025.

She was born on March 23, 1929 in New Waterford, Ohio, to Jesse and Beatrice Middleton.

Virginia graduated from Alliance High School. She retired from Alliance Bureau Collections collection agency. She was a member of Maximo Zion Church.

Virginia enjoyed reading, traveling and watching Hallmark movies. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Larry Ruffier, Mark (Cindy) Ruffier, and Sherie (Mike) Green; grandchildren, Laurie, Lee, Shannon, Erin, Josh and Jon; seven great-grandchildren; step-sons, Phil “Joe” Kibler, Edward Kibler and Bill Kibler; and several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Kibler; sister, Doris Cowen; infant sister, Arlene; brothers, Forest Middleton, Dewey Middleton, and Donald Middleton; daughter-in-law, Pamela Ruffier; and special friend, Floyd Breit.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 23rd at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
