Virginia M. Graham

Virginia M. Graham, age 85, passed away on June 20, 2023.

She was born on April 15, 1938, in Catslettburg, Kentucky, to Alonzo and Sophie (Laney) Dowdy.

Virginia attended West Branch High School. She worked as a nurse’s aide at Alliance Nursing Home. Virginia was a member of Alliance Believers Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Fred Graham Sr.; daughters, Lisa (Charles) Rogers and Rosalie (Craig) VanCamp; grandchildren, Fred Graham Jr., Brittany (Gary) Showalter, Jake Graham, Tyler Graham, Ashley VanCamp, Jonathan VanCamp, Elih Graham, and Tessa Graham; three great-grandchildren; eight sisters; one brother; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Orda H. Graham; and two sons, Orda Jr. and Howard Graham.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation two hours prior. Pastor Bill Lancaster will officiate. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
