Steven P. Risden

Steven P. “Riz” Risden, age 47, of Alliance, passed away on February 16, 2023.

He was born on December 9, 1975, in Alliance, to Robert and Barbara (May) Risden Jr.

Steven graduated from Alliance High School in 1995.

He was a member of the Elks and enjoyed playing cards, golfing and riding four-wheelers. Steven was involved in all of his kids activities and never met a stranger.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; son, Tyler (Emma) Risden; daughter, Alyssa Risden; brother, Michael (Amy) Risden; nephew, Jonathan Risden; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friend, Jocelyn Graham

He was preceded in death by his grandparents John H. and Wilma (Grate) May and Robert and Geraldine (Roberts) Risden Sr.

A visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Monday, February 20th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 21st at 11:00 a.m.
