Stephen Ferrer Dixon, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
He was born on June 20, 1954, in Alliance, to Edward and Margaret (Ford) Dixon.
Stephen was a 1972 graduate of Alliance High School. He then went to the service and enlisted both in the Army from 1972-1975 and the Navy from 1981-1983. Stephen loved spending time with his wife, Elizabeth Dixon and his family. Stephen also enjoyed cooking and was a cook at Akron Canton Airport, Amtrak and the College Inn.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Anita Taylor of Flint, MI, Annese Dixon of Alliance, and Zurka Dixon of Alliance; a step-daughter, Lorressa Williamson; step-son, Martez Williamson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Elizabeth Dixon; and sister, Peggy Moon.
A funeral services will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
