Shirley Irene Kuemerle

Shirley Irene Zeller Kuemerle, age 69, passed away on July 20, 2026 at Bel Air Care Center.

She was born on October 9, 1956, in Alliance, to Clifford and Ann Zeller.

Shirley loved Jesus, attending church when she was able and listening to Christian music. She was always helping friends and neighbors, visiting them, phoning and encouraging them to pray for others.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Margery Grimes, Elaine Dickerhoof, Virginia Shepard, Miriam Bell, and Joann Huddleson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 40 years, William Kuemerle.

A funeral service will be held at Alliance Salem Global Methodist Church on Saturday, July 25th at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
