Penny Mosier, age 58, of Alliance, passed away at 6:19 a.m., Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at her home.
She was born January 6, 1962, in Steubenville to Virgil and Betty Lee (Wade) Montgomery.
Penny attended Alliance High School and spent her life devoted to her family as a homemaker.
She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Penny enjoyed reading the Bible, doodling, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband James R. Mosier, whom she married December 22, 1989; daughter, Brooke Montgomery of Alliance; sister, Dianna (Robert) Nuzum of Alliance; two nieces and two nephews.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home 75 S. Union Ave., Alliance, OH 44601.
