Matthew Wilson

Matthew Wilson, age 49, of Alliance passed away at 11:56 a.m., Sunday, April 19, 2020, at his home.

He was born May 28, 1970, in Alliance, Ohio, to Gary Sr. and Elizabeth (Grinley) Wilson.

Matthew attended Union Avenue United Methodist Church.

He had a lot of passions in life. He took immense pride and care in his garden, and enjoyed cooking. He was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers football team. Matthew was a hard worker, being employed at Morgan Engineering as a shop supervisor.

Survivors include his parents; daughter, Alexandria “Lexi” Wilson of Alliance; brother, Gary (Tracy) Wilson; sisters, Kristy (Jack) Daily, Jodie (Randy) Hill, and Kim (Bud) Lacher; and beloved dog, Maddy.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
