Marlene Snyder

Marlene Snyder, age 87, passed away on October 25, 2022.

She was born on May 22, 1935, in Salem, Ohio, to Michael and Elizabeth (Fleischer) Yunk.

Marlene was a church secretary for most of her life, most recently she served at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alliance. She enjoyed crocheting and was an avid reader. Marlene was well known for her writing and was very articulate. She loved fashion, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Bruce Snyder; sons, Scott (Sherry) Snyder and Jay (Laura) Snyder; and a grandson, Stephen Snyder.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Donald and Gerald.

A memorial service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, October 28th at 11:00 a.m.
