Marjorie Ann Gamble

Marjorie Ann Baker Crawford Gamble, age 89, passed away on January 19, 2024 at her home surrounded by family. 

She was born on May 28, 1934, in Alliance, to Arthur and Martha (Day) Baker.

Marjorie worked at Alliance Manufacturing, Park Hannifin and Babcox and Wilcox. Her enjoyment was her family. She taught us how to work and to do it with pride. She loved working outside in the woods surrounding her house, which was her paradise. 

She is survived by her children, Cynthia Larson of Alliance, Schuyler (Sue Ann) Crawford of Bolivar, Amy (Gordon) Briceland of Minerva, Annette (Bill Benton) Sarchione of Alliance, Molly Crawford-Granger of Homeworth, James (Denise) Crawford of Parma, Paul Crawford of Homeworth; and four step-children. She lives on through her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. They were her pride and joy. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Gamble; her parents; a sister, Evangelene Custar; and a brother, Nelson Baker.
