Lloyd T. Myers

Lloyd T. “Tom” Myers Sr., age 66, passed away, with his children by his side, on October 18, 2022.

He was born on September 21, 1956, in Glendale, West Virginia, to the late Earl T. and Bessie F. (Yoho) Myers.

Tom was a hard worker and worked at American Steel Foundry, Royal China, and China Craft and was a maintenance man and care giver to Gerald Blocker for 25 years.

Tom enjoyed his trips to Mountaineer with his daughters, Sheena and Jamie. At the Dante, he spent his last birthday, enjoying life to its fullest. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory are children, Jamie (Billy Rice) Fletcher, Gregory (Ally) Myers, Sheena (Brian) Simms and Josh (Heather) Myers all of Alliance; his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brooklyn Fletcher, Kyle and Trent (Jessica) Haynes-Myers, Noah (Jessica) Myers, Jordan and Nathan Simms,  and Camden and Ryland Myers; great-granddaughter, Fiona Myers; siblings, Nellie (Ron) Suter and Tina (Larry Biggar) Jenkins; a niece, Roxanna Fotheringham; a nephew, Ronnie Suter; special cousin, Earl Myers; many others cousins and friends; his fiancé, Lou Ann Neiswonger; and his fur baby Callie.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Lloyd T. Myers Jr.; and a brother, John W. Myers.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Saturday, October 22nd at 12:00 p.m. with a visitation two hours prior.

A dinner will be provided after the service.
