Linda Sue Chapman, age 81, passed away on May 13, 2025.
She was born on September 20, 1943, in Mansfield, to E. Paul and Marion Howard.
Linda worked at Alliance Wear, Doggie Depot and Gay Thomas Gift Shop. She enjoyed camping and collecting seashells, lighthouses, and cookbooks.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, James Chapman; children, Jennifer (Paul) Wallace, James (Heather) Chapman II, and Michael (Roberta) Chapman; grandchildren, Jessica (Ben) Williams, Katherine (Alex) Gouldmann, Matthew (Stephanie) Wallace, Hannah (Josh) Harshbarger, Jason (Megan) Chapman, Ethan Chapman, Gavin Chapman, and Sydney Chapman; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry Howard; and great-granddaughter, Mya Wallace.
A private family service will be held. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
