Leonard R. McPherson, age 68, of Alliance, passed away at 11:26 a.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born December 5, 1951, in Alliance, Ohio to Herbert McPherson Sr. and Lilly (Bateman) McPherson Bardo.
Leonard was a 1971 graduate of Marlington High School
He enjoyed watching old westerns and wrestling, and the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his siblings, Gerald Sr. (Alberta) McPherson of Alliance, Edward (Wanda) McPherson of Irving, Texas, and Sharon (Howard) Byers of Alliance; sister-in-law, Shirley McPherson of Alliance; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Herbert Bardo; and brothers, Herbert McPherson Jr., Russel McPherson and William McPherson.
