Leonard Distefano

Leonard "Dusty" Distefano, age 70 of Beloit, died at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Mercy Medical Center.
Mr. Distefano was born Nov. 22, 1934 in Alliance, Ohio to Anthony and Constance (Coco) Distefano and was a lifelong resident.
He retired from the former B&W Tube after working in the shipping department.
Mr. Distefano was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include one brother, Dominic Petitte of Alliance; two nieces; five nephews; extended family, Christy Pelamati of Beloit; Shelley Visi of Alliance; Kevin Flood of Alliance; Dwane Jackson of Chile; Scott Jackson of Maryland; and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his long time companion, Carol Flood, one brother, and one sister.
A graveside service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
