Joyce L. Brinkman

Joyce L. (Fatzinger) Brinkman, age 91, passed away on January 31, 2024. 

She was born on March 4, 1932, in Allentown, PA, to George and Kathryn (Wassner) Fatzinger. Joyce attended Allentown High School. 

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, the Alliance Senior Center, Red Hats and AARP. Joyce loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and to travel.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Richard (Becky) Brinkman Jr.; daughters, Susan (Rick) Light, and Barbara Eberly; eight grandchildren, Ericka (Phillip) Linger, Terry (Kristi) Sedei, Emily (Randy) Knapp, Courtney Eberly, Katie (Jon) DiNardo, Rickie Light, Justin Eberly, and Joshua McCullough; many great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law Gail Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Brinkman Sr.; four brothers, George, Richard, Robert and Donald; and three sisters, Doris, Ruth, and Carolyn.

A funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Thursday, February 8th at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
