John David Summers, age 54, passed away on August 31, 2025.
He was born on October 17, 1970, to Ronald and Sally (Haldeman) Summers.
John graduated from Marlington High School. He was a volunteer fireman for over 20 years. John enjoyed airplane and train watching with his son, Tyler and loved being a grandpa.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Marissa Summers, Ryan Summers (Miranda Meadows), and Tyler Summers; granddaughter, Olivia Summers; sisters, Kellie Norman and Shelly Summers; nephews, Danny, Norman and Robert Goodwin.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald “Onion” Summers.
A memorial visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Sunday, September 7th from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
