Jim Elliott Foster, age 61, of Alliance passed away on Tuesday August 3, at 11:20 a.m. with his brother by his side.
He was born October 21, 1958 to James L. Foster and Rose J. (Barker) Foster Becka in Spokane, Washington.
Jim was a veteran of the United States Army, Airborne.
He was a member of the NRA, AARP and a supporter of Paralyzed Veterans of America, Wounded Warriors and the American Cancer Society.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving family, Bill Foster, Laura Thomas, Norman Becka, Toni Coombes.
A private family service will be held.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home 75 South Union Ave Alliance, Ohio 44601.
