Jeffrey L. Hawthorne

Jeffrey L. Hawthorne, age 62, of Sebring, passed away at 9:30 p.m., Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Crandall Medical Center.
He was born July 1, 1952, in Salem, Ohio, to Eugene and Donna (Pennell) Hawthorne.
A graduate of West Branch High School, he was employed as a truck driver and worked in oil fields.
Jeffrey had been a Boy Scout. He loved Classic Cars, tractor pulls, fishing, the outdoors, and his grandkids.
Survivors include his father; children, Brandon Hawthorne, Monica Winans and Stacy (Jamie) Balfour, all of Alliance; brother, Mark Hawthorne; sister, Susie (Dave) Farnsworth, both of Homeworth; and grandchildren, Kyle, Evan, Lincoln and Bailey.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. A private family service will be held at a later date.
