Jay Bukoffsky

Jay W. Bukoffsky, age 63, passed away on February 10, 2024.

He was born on January 18, 1961 in Salem, OH  to Joseph and Kathleen Bukoffsky.

Jay graduated from Glen Oak High School.  He was owner/operator truck driver.  Jay enjoyed time with friends; riding his motorcycle and side by side; camping with his family and giving golf cart rides to his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father Joseph Bukoffsky.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Deanna whom he married on July 1, 2000; children, Brittany (Jordan) Wise of Phoenix, AZ; Shannon (Ryan) Donaldson of Canfield, OH; Cady (Ross) Taylor of Hartville, OH; Zachary (Kelly) Rienas of Copley, OH; grandchildren, Aubrey, Gage, Paige, Owen, Sadie, Amelia, Charlotte; mother, Kathleen (Bruce) Kittinger; siblings, Joe (Tammy) Bukoffsky, Jim (Yvette) Bukoffsky, John (Stephanie) Bukoffsky and Barb (Ron) Zwick.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15th from 4-6pm at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.  A celebration of life service will be held at 6pm at the funeral home with Pastor Freddie Rodriguez officiating.
