Gary “Bear” Donald Hunt was born on November 23, 1947, in Windsor, Ontario, and passed away at his home in Alliance, Ohio on May 5, 2024, at the age of 76.
He was the son of the late Wilfred and Ellen Hunt. He is also preceded in death by his significant other, Mary Gilbert, and sisters, Patricia (Richard) Strong and Donna (Ken) Ferriss .
He is survived by his sister, Carol Solet (Andrew); son, Donald Hunt (Tina); and daughters, Cheryl Bybee (Gregg) and Kristie Crisp. Gary also leaves his fur baby Sadie, and his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Gary’s family and friends will be scheduled this summer.
