He was born to Chase Kay-Hofius and Isyss Johnson on December 29, 2021.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; his sisters, Iris and Penelope; his maternal grandmother, Carrie Malone; maternal great-grandparents, Mary and Jerry Malone; paternal grandparents, Pete and Laura Hofius; paternal great-grandmother, Doris Miller; and paternal great-grandparents, Frank and Freda Fagan.
A private funeral service will be held.
