Emma Jean Jefferson

Emma Jean Fisher-Good-Jefferson “Mama”, age 76, was received by our Heavenly Father on December 30, 2023 in her home in Alliance with her family by her side.

She was born on September 17, 1947, in Alliance, to the late Mack and Elizabeth Monroe-Fisher. She was educated in the Alliance City Schools.

Emma loved to cook, host parties and spend time with her family. She will forever be loved and always in our hearts.

Married to Cecil Jefferson Jr., she loved and cherished her children, Carla Fisher, Carrie Fisher-Helphinstine, Jesse (Quiana) Good, Robert S. Good, Maria Howell, and Keith (Lenora) Good. She also leaves to cherish her memory a host of grandkids; great-grandkids; nieces and nephews; her brother, Dwayne (Cassandra) Fisher; and sister, Vellamae Woods.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Wilbert Fisher, Larry Fisher, George Fisher, and Russell Fisher; and her sisters, Pauline Faircloth and Maxine Purdy.

A funeral service will be held at Second Baptist Church on Saturday, January 6^th at 12:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
