Elmer J. Mann

Elmer J. Mann, age 89, passed away on April 1, 2024. 

He was born on June 26, 1934, in Dover, Ohio, to Elmer C. and Margaret (Swonger) Mann.

Elmer was a truck driver for Nickles Bakery for 29 years. He served honorably in the United States Navy and was a member of the VFW. 

Elmer enjoyed bowling and playing cornhole and horseshoes. Elmer also liked to travel to Amish Country and hosting fish frys and barbeques. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judith; son, John (Sarah) Mann; step-children, Dana (Ron) Riggs, Becky (Jeb) Boardley,  Gary (Dawn) Noling, Tyrone Noling, and Roger (Theresa) Wayne; sister, Clara; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy Smith and Bob Brahler; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-son, Vince Noling; his siblings, Howard, Stanley, Hilda, Harry, Doris, and Arlene; and brother and sister-in-law, Orm Smith and Jane Brahler.  

A private family service will be held at a later date.
