Dorothy Christine Binkley

Dorothy Christine Binkley, age 83, passed away on December 15, 2023.

She was born on May 5, 1940, in Canton, to Wade and Olga (Rich) Millard.

Dorothy graduated from Alliance High School and worked as a bus driver for Marlington Local Schools for 34 years until her retirement in 1999.  She was a Birthright member of Alliance Evangelical Friends Church.  Dorothy was very active in church activities including being a Bible School teacher and Director.  She enjoyed traveling, but more than anything she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish Dorothy’s memory are her husband, Curtis Binkley, whom she married June 18, 1958; her sons, Curtis (Bud) Binkley and Robert Binkley; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother Dale Betz; and sister, Betty Baker.

Per Dorothy’s wishes no funeral services will be held.
