Doris J. Haupt, age 89, of Alliance passed away on July 28, 2021.
She was born on February 7, 1932 in Alliance to Vene W. Haupt and Joan Haupt.
Doris liked being around people in her hometown and especially enjoyed spending time at Rodman Library with fellow patrons who shared her love of reading.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Alexander Sr.; step-children, Richard Alexander Jr., Cathy Alexander and Roy (Debbie) Alexander; many grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews including Dana Barnes.
She was preceded in death by her first husband and her daughter.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Alliance City Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home 75 South Union Ave Alliance, Ohio 44601.
