Dora M. Wilhelm, age 66, of Alliance, died at 2:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at Community Care Center.
She was born August 16, 1945, in New Franklin, Ohio, to John G. and Irene P. (Long) Masters.
Dora attended Minerva Schools and was employed at Phil's Green House and Molesky's Produce. A member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, she enjoyed knitting, quilting and flower gardening. Dora enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, David C. Wilhelm, whom she married September 21, 1984; children, Dorothy (David) Croft of Deerfield, Wanda (Randy) Stephens, of Caldwell, Oh. and Linda (Barry) Vickers of Alliance; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; siblings, Chuck (Dorothy) Masters of Beloit, Clinton (Debbie) Masters of Charlotte, NC, Twila Perkins of Minerva, David Masters of Alliance; and father-in-law, Alton Wilhelm of Alliance.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Kenny and Eugene; sister, Shirley Patterson; son, Ernest; grandson, David John; and mother-in-law, Mary Wilhelm.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011, at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Megan Elliott officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home, 75 S. Union Ave., Alliance, Oh. 44601.
