Donna Lee Smith

Donna Lee Smith, age 77, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 27, 2025. She was born on May 10, 1948, in Akron, to Clement and Laura (Burdette) Mullennex.

A graduate of Ellet High School, Donna worked for a time as a bus driver and a deli clerk.

She attended the Chapel in Marlboro and enjoyed baking and spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 58 years, Robert Smith; daughters, Becky (Mark) Wallbrown and Deborah (Aaron) Stinnett; grandchildren, Ryan (Erin) Stanley, Rachel (Shawn) Wallbrown-Banner, Alexa (Andrew) Sladek, Alyssa (Michael) Smith, Tyler Stinnett and Sophia Wallbrown; great grandchildren, Holly Stanley and Matthew Hill; niece, Sharon Mullennex; daughter-in-law Jennifer Smith; and best friend, Linda Riley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son; son, Matthew Smith; grandson, Jacob Stanley; brother, Donald Mullennex; and sister-in-law, Barb VanDyne.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel in Marlboro. Friends may call two hours prior to the service.
