Donna J. Kelly, age 80, passed away on October 2, 2023.
She was born on April 30 1943, in Sebring, to Thomas and Ethel (McDonough) Newcomer.
Donna was a member of First Assembly Church of God.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dale L. Kelly; her sons, Donald (Brenda) Newcomer and David (Carol) Newcomer; and a brother, Eugene McDonough.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, John Newcomer; and her daughter, Mary Rogers.
A visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, October 6th from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
A graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Park on Tuesday, October 10th at 1:00 p.m.
