Donald W. Taylor

Donald W. Taylor, age 86, of Alliance, passed away at 8:29 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born September 4, 1928 in Sebring, Ohio to Clell and Bertha (Wilson) Taylor.
A U.S. Army Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict, Mr. Taylor retired from American Steel after working as a Crane Operator for thirty years.
He enjoyed taking care of his house and yard.
Survivors include his three children, Donald D. Taylor, Cathy L. Taylor-Jones, and Candace L. Taylor-Lalli; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lois Juanita (Jefferson) Taylor, whom he married February, 1960, and who died April 7, 2007; four brothers, and two sisters.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Willie Bell officiating.
