Donald J. Church, age 87, was reunited with his wife on August 6, 2025.
He was born on February 28, 1938, in Fairmount, West Virginia, to Joseph and Martha (Summers) Church.
Donald worked as a Millwright at Sandcap for 43 years. He also worked at Murphy’s Muffler.
Donald loved hot rods and enjoyed working on them with his son at his shop.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Paula (Jeff) Frase and Jeff (Lynette) Church; grandchildren, Joshua (Abbey) Frase, Christopher Frase, Tyler Church, and Anthony Church; and step-brothers, David Harsh, Gary Church, and Anthony Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Cecil Harsh; his wife, Paulette J. (Prunty) Church; four sisters, Barbara Sauro, Mary Buchannon, Clara Layman, and Betty Watkins.
Per Donald’s wishes, no services will be held.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Aultman Alliance Hospice for their loving care.
