Denise Underwood

Denise (Steen) Underwood, age 63, of Alliance, passed away on July 30, 2021.

She was born on January 5, 1958 in Orange County, CA to Avinell (Stump) and Russell Steen.

Denise graduated from Minerva High School in 1976. She worked at Ohio Drill and Tool in Homeworth for over 30 years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Morgan (Devin) Dickerhoof and Eric Underwood; grandson, Landon Dickerhoof; and siblings, Larry (Peggy) Steen, Jim Steen, Donna (Larry) Dyer and Denae (Lynn) Freshly.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of life will be held with family and friends.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to First Christian Day Services, 6900 Market Ave, Canton, Ohio 44721.  This is a program dedicated to adults with developmental disabilities and where her son is actively involved.
