Deborah Ann Damon

Deborah Ann Damon, age 66, of Alliance, passed away on January 28, 2022.

She was born on June 15, 1955 in Framingham, MA to Fred F. Atkins and Violet (Dunham) Atkins.

Deborah graduated from high school in Framingham, MA and then obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Mount Union College in 1977. She then earned a B.S. in nursing from Akron University.

Deborah was a member of Alliance Area League of Women Voters, Cosmopolitan Club, American Nurses Association, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the honor society of nursing, Sigma Theta Tau.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Timothy Damon; many nieces and nephews; former spouse, A. J. Damon; and brother-in-law, Kenneth Damon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Emily; and sister, Linda Brewer.

A private funeral service was held with interment at the Foxfield Nature Preserve.
