Survivors include his parents; paternal grandparents, Brent (Kim) Pol; maternal grandparents, Wendy Beckley and Shannon Newill; aunt and uncle Jennifer and Charles Garey.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with visitation the hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home, 75 S. Union Ave., Alliance, OH 44601.
