Catherine L. Ruggly

Catherine ‘Katie’ L. Ruggly, age 48, passed away on April 4, 2024 as the result of a tragic hit and run. 

She was born on January 23, 1976, in Alliance, to Dave Ruggly and Cathy (Beckett) Seery.

Katie had a good heart and was very caring.  She believed in and loved God and Jesus and always enjoyed reading the Bible.  She also enjoyed fishing and crafting.

She was very much loved and will be sorely missed by her parents; step-father Todd Seery; daughters, Breanna Morris and Cheyanne Ruggly; grandchildren, Zackery, Noah, Isaiah, Maliyah, Delilah and Mattilyn; brother, David; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; two aunts and; two uncles.

Friends may call Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 5-7 p.m. at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
