Anna May Light, age 70, passed away on January 22, 2025.
She was born on June 23, 1954, in Alliance, to Wallace and Greta (Johnson) West.
Anna graduated from Alliance High School. She worked as a nurse’s aide.
Anna enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Heather Marie (Eric) Seemann and Billie Jo Light; sisters, Candy Wolfe, Ruth Ketler, and Evangeline “Wayne” Shipley; brothers, Wallace “Buddy” West and Phillip West; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold “Bubbers” West; sister, Marilyn “Jean” Hoskins; and brother-in-law, Matt Lanham.
A visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 28th from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 29th at 11:00 a.m.
