Norma J. Seibert

Norma J. Seibert, age 84, of Alliance, passed away at 2:55 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2017, at Altercare of Alliance.
She was born February 22, 1933 in Alliance to Lee C. and Charlotte "Lottie" Moulin Bell.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan (Ron) Betz of Alliance, Penny (Jay) Frank of Beloit and Lori Seibert of Alliance; grandchildren, Kenny (Nikki) Kline, Shawn Kline, Mischelle Kline, Elizabeth (Charlie) Bennington, Steven (Sara) Hughes, Mike (Angela) Frank, and Jennifer (Mike) Schmidt; 17 great-grand-children; four great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Nadine Scott of Alliance; and many nieces and nephews.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roger Seibert, whom she married December 10, 1949 and who died November 20, 2016; daughter, Sally Kline Wharton; grandson, Roger Frank; brothers, Glenn Bell, James Bell, and Rev. Ray Bell; sisters, Edith Lepsesty, and Wilda Dixon.
Private family services will be held at Highland Memorial Park.
Then he said, "Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!" Jesus answered him, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise."
