Susan Lynn Mikes

Susan Lynn Mikes, age 61, of Alliance, passed away at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Akron General Medical Center.
She was born October 21, 1955 in Alliance, Ohio to Bruce Carrney Randolph and Mildred Martha (Fodrea) Randolph Sanford.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Sue was formerly employed at Longaberger Baskets.
She attended church at the Salvation Army, was an avid bingo player, enjoyed swimming at Robertson's and most importantly, was a very generous person.
She will be loved and missed by her family, including her former husband and father of her children, Raymond "Fatty" Mikes Jr.; sons, Benjamin Mikes and Joseph (Melanie Richards) Mikes; grandchildren, Joseph, Shelby, Katie, Raymond, and Mason; brothers, Bruce (Joyce) Randolph, Richard (Elizabeth) Randolph and Daniel (Emmy) Randolph, sisters, Sandee Randolph, and Patricia Harshman, and daughter-in-law, Tammy Mikes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, David Randolph, sister, Bobbi Hormell, and son, William J. Mikes.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, to be used for their discretion.
